BizBox Terms of Service

Using BizBox

Use BizBox lawfully, provide accurate information and use only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, misrepresent identity or permissions, or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Membership and cancellation

The standard BizBox membership offers a 7-day trial followed by $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, according to the plan you select and the terms disclosed before enrollment. Your subscription renews until cancelled. Existing subscriptions remain subject to the price and terms agreed at enrollment unless changed with the required notice and consent.

You may cancel future renewal through the membership controls linked from your account. Cancellation is not a deletion request. The checkout disclosure and confirmation specify trial timing, renewal date and access for the selected plan. A business-service plan has its own disclosed price and scope; standard membership prices do not describe every business plan.

• Free trial: your first 7 days cost nothing. You approve the membership in PayPal before the trial starts, and nothing is charged until it ends. The free trial is once per account.
• Price: $9.99 a month, or $99.99 a year (about 17% less than twelve monthly payments), in US dollars, charged by PayPal to the PayPal account you approve. The first charge is on the day your trial ends, then every month or every year after that, until you cancel. The price shown is the whole price: there are no other fees.
• Automatic renewal: the membership renews every month (monthly plan) or every year (yearly plan) until you cancel. Before you start, you tick a box to agree to these renewal terms; we keep a record of the words you agreed to and when.
• Confirmation: once you approve it in PayPal, we email you these terms, the date of your first charge and how to cancel.
• Reminder: on day 5 of your trial, we email you the date and the amount of your first charge, and how to cancel.
• Yearly plan: 30 days before each yearly renewal, we email you the date and the amount, and how to cancel.
• Cancelling: online, at any time, with the “Cancel membership” button on your membership page or in the membership section of your workspace. It takes effect right away and no further payments are taken; if you cancel during the trial, you are never charged. Cancelling here also cancels the PayPal billing agreement, and we confirm it by email the same day. You can also cancel in PayPal (Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments) or by writing to orders@biz-box.io.
• Missed payments: if a payment does not go through, your membership shows as payment due until it is paid or you cancel.
• Price changes: if we change the price or these renewal terms, we email you 30 days before the change, with how to cancel. A change never applies to a month or year you already paid for. Where the law requires your consent to a higher price, we ask for it first.

Agent credits: About 500 agent credits a month are included. Extra credit packs: coming.

Connect your own AI: coming. Connect your own AI (ChatGPT/Claude account, an API key, or your own model/server) and heavy use runs on your plan. Nothing is connected yet.

Members who started before 2026-10-12 stay on the price and renewal terms they agreed to until we email them otherwise, with the notice above.

Business service plans

A business-service plan has its own disclosed price and scope; standard membership prices do not describe every business plan. The specific checkout disclosure and signed service terms govern the plan before purchase, including ownership, cancellation and refunds.

BizBox business plans are for businesses BizBox builds a website for and hosts, whether you are starting one or moving one in. You sign up on your onboarding page, billed through PayPal.

Setup, paid once

• Do it yourself: $9.99, paid once. You set it up yourself with BizBox’s tools.
• Set up together: $1,111, paid once. We set it up with you.
• Done for you: $5,555, paid once. We set it up for you, including moving your site, contacts and listings in.
• Setup is paid once, separately from the monthly plan, through PayPal, and only after you pick it and approve the payment.

Monthly, by size

$99/month, charged by PayPal from the day you approve it. Renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime online.

• Your website build is included.
• Starter: $99/month. 1 location, up to 5 people. About 500 agent credits a month.
• Growth: $299/month. Up to 3 locations or 20 people. About 3,000 agent credits a month.
• Pro: $799/month. Up to 10 locations or 50 people. About 5,000 agent credits a month.
• Multi-site: From $1,999/month, quoted. Larger than Pro.
• Each band includes an agent allowance with a hard cap, so you are never billed more than your band’s monthly price.
• If your business grows past your band, we email you 30 days before moving you up, and you can cancel instead. Nothing changes without that notice.
• Price changes: if we change the price or these renewal terms, we email you 30 days before the change, with how to cancel. A change never applies to a month you already paid for, and a higher band starts only after you approve it in PayPal.
• No commitment: you can cancel at any time.
• Automatic renewal: the plan renews every month until you cancel. Before you start, you tick a box to agree to these renewal terms; we keep a record of the words you agreed to and when.
• Want us to run a social media page for you with an AI influencer? $500/month more for one post a day ($599/month in all on Starter). More posts a day: ask us.
• More than one post a day costs more. Tell us what you want and we’ll send you the price before anything changes.
• Every post made with our AI influencer is labelled as AI.
• Confirmation: once you approve it in PayPal, we email you a receipt, these terms and how to cancel. PayPal also emails its own receipt for each payment.
• Cancelling: online, at any time, with the “Cancel plan” button in Plan & payment on your onboarding page. PayPal stops billing right away. You can also cancel in PayPal (Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments) or by writing to orders@biz-box.io.
• Missed payments: if a monthly payment does not go through, your plan shows as payment due until it is paid or cancelled.

Government and filing fees

Government and filing fees are passed through at cost, with no markup, on their own line. They are not BizBox’s fees: we pass them on at exactly what the government charges, and show them before you pay.

Launch kits for new businesses

• Idea only (Quoted): From an idea to a registered business that can sell: name and brand, registration (LLC, EIN, seller’s permit, DBA), your site, and selling through PayPal.
• Buying a business (Quoted): Help finding and buying a business, then moving it into BizBox. A flat fee, never a percentage of the price.
• Existing business (Quoted): Move your business in: your site, contacts and listings, then pick a size band.

A quoted kit is priced with you, in writing, before anything is charged. Help buying a business is a flat fee, never a percentage of the price.

Founding rate

Founding rate: $99/month with your website build included, locked for 12 months from your start. After that you move to your size band, and we email you 30 days before anything changes. It is for PGH, Eva’s Eden and Val B Studios, BizBox’s first clients.

Sales through BizBox checkout

When BizBox runs checkout for your own customers through PayPal, BizBox keeps 1% of each sale as a platform fee, and only on sales through BizBox checkout. It starts only once PayPal approves BizBox as a platform; until then nothing is taken. PayPal can hold a new seller’s funds for a time (PayPal’s own rules).

Payments, refunds and orders

Review the item, total price, service scope and any cancellation or refund terms before paying. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms. Transactions with independent merchants are also subject to the merchant's disclosed terms.

To request a refund or report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge, contact orders@biz-box.io with the transaction reference. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed charge; applicable law and the specific refund terms disclosed for the purchase govern eligibility. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies or requires payment for an undisclosed charge.

An inquiry, availability request, quote draft or product handoff is not a confirmed booking, fulfilled order or completed payment. We identify the next action and any confirmation needed in the relevant flow.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers necessary for the feature to store, process and display that content to provide the service and any publication you specifically approve. You are responsible for obtaining needed rights and permissions, including from identifiable people.

Connections to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or another platform operate within permissions you grant. You decide whether to connect, approve a post or other outgoing action, and revoke access. A connection does not grant permission to publish unrelated content. Third-party platforms apply their own terms.

AI, characters and informational tools

Some content, characters, visualizations and outputs are generated or assisted by AI. Generated characters and scenes are presentations, not evidence of a real person, event, product result or endorsement. Outputs may be inaccurate; review them before relying on or publishing them.

Health, credit, tenant, finance and business tools organize information and provide general assistance. They do not guarantee an outcome and do not replace medical, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice. A reflective reading is entertainment and personal reflection, not a factual prediction.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Our Data Deletion page explains how to request removal of account information, connected-platform information and other personal data. We verify requests and describe any records that must be retained. A request confirmation is not a claim that all records or stored files have already been deleted.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output or that every feature will suit every purpose. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use and protect the service and other users. These statements do not exclude obligations or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived, or create a limitation of liability that overrides mandatory consumer protections.

Other sites, changes and contact

Links and third-party services are governed by their own terms. BizBox content and branding remain the property of their respective owners; permission to use a service does not transfer ownership of them.

Updates apply from the effective date shown, subject to required notice and consent. They do not retroactively change an order already placed. Questions, cancellation help, refunds and disputes: orders@biz-box.io.

Program name: BizBox Account and Onboarding. If you opt in, BizBox may send account, onboarding, appointment and support updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies.
