Quorum Privacy Policy

The short version
- Quorum collects only what is listed below: mostly what you type into its forms, plus basic page-view analytics.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. There are no advertising pixels on these pages.

What we collect
Only what is listed here. If a form asks for something, it is because the person on the other end needs it to answer you.

Collected automatically
When you use the site we record the pages you view, the page you came from, a random session ID and, if you are signed in, your account ID, using Base44’s built-in analytics. A form never sends what you type to analytics. Our functions see your IP address and use it, in memory, to stop abuse; it is not saved with your request.
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. We use no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To answer you and do what you asked: reply to a request, fill an order, prepare a quote, mail a letter, build a snapshot.
- To send you a receipt for what you sent, and to alert the person who handles it.
- For some sign-ups, to send up to three follow-up emails (day 2, 5 and 10). Each one has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email to stop them.
- To keep the site working and safe (for example, limits on how often a form can be sent).
- To see which pages work, from page-view counts.
- We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this page for us, the people who handle your request, and anyone the law requires us to tell (for example, under a valid court order):
- Base44: hosts the app: pages, database, file storage, sign-in, built-in analytics, built-in email and built-in AI calls
- Our email delivery service: sends receipts, alerts and follow-up emails from @biz-box.io. Provider: [to be confirmed: which email service is live (IONOS SMTP, ZeptoMail, SendGrid, Resend or Base44’s built-in mailer)]
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces on our pages; your browser asks Google for them, so Google sees your IP address
If the business that runs this page is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may move to the new owner as part of that deal. The new owner must keep handling it as this policy says. If it wants to use your information in a materially different way, it must tell you first.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law uses those words. If that ever changes, this policy will change first and will give you a way to opt out.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies. These pages keep a few things in your browser’s storage so they work:
- The level you picked (quorum-level)
- BizBox’s own items (a login token if you sign in, an analytics session ID, and whether you closed the “Try it” box): see BizBox’s privacy policy
You can clear them in your browser settings. The pages still work; you lose saved carts, settings or a draft.
How long we keep it
Our code does not yet delete leads, orders, quotes or tool records on a schedule. They stay until you ask us to delete them or we remove them. Retention schedule: [to be confirmed: how long data is kept].
Security
In plain words: the records holding leads, orders, quotes, letters and applications can be read only by BizBox admins; your own health and goal records can be read by you and by admins. Private files open only through short-lived links. Card details are entered on PayPal’s pages and buttons. Sign-in is handled by Base44.
No website is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that yours will never be exposed. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Your rights, including in California
The categories of personal information this page collects:
- Identifiers (such as name, email, phone, postal address, IP address, account ID)
- Internet activity (pages viewed and the page you came from)
Where it comes from: you, your browser, and PayPal when you pay. Why: the uses listed under “How we use it”.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Where we hold sensitive information (such as health information), we use it only to provide the tool you asked for. We will not treat you differently for asking.
To ask, email orders@biz-box.io with “Privacy request” in the subject. We confirm the request is yours by writing back to the email address on the record. Someone you authorize in writing can ask for you. We answer within 45 days. There is no button in the app to delete your records yet; email is the way.
Children
Quorum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email orders@biz-box.io and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we say so at the top of this page.
